Regrettably, in the world we live in today, things like height and weight are taken extremely seriously, and these two factors might make the difference in landing a job you seek or else even getting promoted in your present job. Believe it or not, statistics have shown that taller people are usually more successful than shorter people. You may believe that you can’t change your height after the age of 21. However, there is groundbreaking evidence that by doing certain exercises designed to make you taller you can become taller and increase your height by 2 to 6 inches. To see some results with these exercises you should be patient and dedicated to a daily exercise regimen. You can’t just do it occasionally and think you’ll grow 3 inches.

There are numerous herbal products along with other over the counter products which claim to add to your height. I have tried most and ended up spending hundreds of dollards for them, all to no avail.
I was so dedicated to gaining extra inches that I completed the exercises for just about 2 months before adding an extra 2.5 inches. I have to come clean and say that during the initial month of doing them I would rush home from work each day to do my exercises and then check for myself and see no alteration in my height. This, in reality, depressed me and I was thinking of giving up. But I said, “What the hell, I’ll give it 6 months of my life.” I measured myself once every 6 weeks so I wouldn’t feel like quitting again. After the first 6 weeks I took my initial measurement and I had grown almost an inch. This actually pushed me to keep going through with it, and I am so pleased I did. Currently, I feel so much more convinced. I am still not the tallest person in the workplace, but at least now I am not the shortest and I am now given more admiration.
A few of the growing taller exercises I do every day as part of my regimen are as follows:
Various Stretching exercises:
- The first growing taller exercise is Wall stretching. Place your back next to a wall, put your arms up as high as you can, stand on your tip toes and stretch as far up the wall as you can. Repeat this about 10 times once a day.
- The second growing taller exercise is to touch Your toes. Stand up straight, put your arms straight up in the air, bend over and your toes keeping your legs straight. Repeat 10 times.
- The third growing taller exercise is hanging. Yes, hanging from a bar. This is a great exercise which helps to add to the length of your vertebrae. You ought to do this for approximately 25 minutes per week.
- The fourth growing taller exercise is swimming. This is an additional growing taller exercise, as you are using all the bones in your body. While you swim you are, in reality, stretching all your muscles.
I also eat a balanced diet and get a decent amount of sleep.
